{"id":101,"date":"2014-02-23T20:51:20","date_gmt":"2014-02-24T03:51:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kensummers.org\/?p=101"},"modified":"2015-02-11T16:19:49","modified_gmt":"2015-02-11T23:19:49","slug":"improvement","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kensummers.org\/?p=101","title":{"rendered":"Improvement!"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>Sunday, February 23, 2014<\/h3>\n<h3>by Debbie Summers<\/h3>\n<div><a href=\"http:\/\/www.caringbridge.org\/assets\/ugc\/23\/4b\/c\/530a9fd3ca16b4650d11c0f1.jpg\"> <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" alignleft\" src=\"http:\/\/www.caringbridge.org\/assets\/ugc\/23\/4b\/c\/530a9fd3ca16b4650d11c0f1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"400\" \/> <\/a> I am so thankful to report Ken has now been deemed a &#8216;boring patient,&#8217; by both the infectious disease doctor and the pulmonologist (intensivist-doctor over the intensive care). \u00a0Boring is good, especially when you are a patient that was critically ill yesterday. \u00a0Ken feels very weak, tired and puny but thankful to be alive. \u00a0We were told he has developed a heart murmur and blood tests that could indicate a change in heart function so we&#8217;ll keep you posted on those results.
